Recommended Picks are profiles the matching system chooses from your answers and preferences: 3 a day for free members and 10 a day for Premium members. Preferences include Beliefs, and Premium adds Church activity, which helps match Christians with compatible levels of practice.

Discover lets you browse profiles one at a time, including people outside your usual preferences, and Like or pass. A mutual Like creates a match, and matched members can message each other. You can also send an Intro Message of up to 400 characters with a Like.

The policy says photo verification does not confirm identity or age, and that Black Cap does not run comprehensive criminal background checks. ID checks through the provider Persona are used only when appealing a blocked account.
